Hi, I'm wondering how the following would be coded. The provider injected 2 cc's of 40 mg of methylprednisone. How do you convert or factor in cc's when coding? How about 2 cc's of Supartz?
 
Please see your other posts for more details, but here is the short answer for this post.

J1030 Methopred. - you bill only the mgs given; ignore the CC documentation.

Supartz is a "per dose" Jcode, so you don't have to worry about calculating CC's; it's always going to be 1 unit per injection/joint.
