Case:
gastroenterologist received a written consult from attending in a hospital setting. Gastro evaluates patient documents history, medical exam and medical decision . After evaluating and as part of the recommendations orders an endoscopy or colonoscopy the same day. Same gastro does the study on the same day. Is the consult billable with mod 25?
