I know this isnt interventional; however, I did not see a radiology forum. I would be so greatful if someone would view report and tell me what code(s) you would choose and why. I am thinking it should be a 93975.

HISTORY: Hypertension. Chronic kidney disease stage III.
FINDINGS: Right kidney measures 14.3 x 7.5 x 7.4 cm, left kidney 12.6 x 5.0 x 5.0 cm. Bilateral grade III hydroureteronephrosis. Right ureter up to 1.9 cm. Left ureter up to 0.9 cm. Cortical thickness is within normal limits for age at 1.4 cm on the right and 1.7 cm on the left.
IMPRESSION: RIGHT KIDNEY 14.3 CM, LEFT KIDNEY 12.6 CM. BILATERAL GRADE III HYDROURETERONEPHROSIS.

IMPRESSION: NO SIGNIFICANT RENAL ARTERY STENOSIS.
URINARY BLADDER SONOGRAM:

Nondistended volume 30 cc, postvoid 5 cc. The distal ureters do not appear dilated.
