Patient brought to CT for a bx. Limited CT did not show the mass shown on PET Scan therefore bx not done. Who can actually bill for the CT, the radiology department and/or the doc who was going to perform the bx. The CT will actually be read b the radiologist not the doc that was going to do the bx.

I say code it to the radiologist. The doc who was to do the biopsy didn't do anything.
