Please help with CPT. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

posterior fracture dislocation of elbow.

Initially the fracture would not relocate, the elbow was manipulated through various levels of flexion. Small fragments of what appeared to be from the coronoid process and the ulnar were caught in the joint. With distraction and anterior manipulation of the prominent olecranon, the elbow relocated and was seen to be stable with the elbow acutely flexed. Radial pulse remained strong throughout the procedure. Post reduction films following posterior splinting with the elbow at 110 degrees showed the elbow in the reduced postion on AP and lateral views
