Need help with CPT for repair of collateral ligament of great toe.

Coding 28505 for ORIF of great toe.

Patient was also noted to have a laceration to a portion of the medial collateral ligament of the great toe at the IP joint. This was repaired with interrupted sutures of 4-0 Tycron. The skin was reapproximated with interrupted sutures of 4-0 nylon.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
