Pt tried to harm self, but physician couldn't find any injury as result of he mishap. Does anyone know of an E code that would work in this situation.

Look at the E950-E959 codes to start...

E codes cannot be first listed sot I suggest looking under V71.x for a first listed and follow with the E code
