Can EKG's (eg. 93000) bill with office visites (eg.99212, 99213). I always receive denials stating the office visit is bundled to the EKG, or the EKG is bundled to the office visit. Please help.

Part of that denial may be based on the diagnosis code. What is the medical necessity for the EKG? You may also check with the specific payers that are denying. It may be as simple as attaching a modifier 25 to the E/M, but medical necessity should be the first consideration.
