i have a doubt on follow-up/check pulmonary angiography to be billed or not ?

The scenario is 1st day the Dr did pulmonary angiogram and thrombolysis in left and right pulmonary artery, 2nd day he did check angiogram to decide for any future treatment is needed or not.
according to me it is follow-up/check angiogram is already included in the therapeutic procedure, Dr says its done in the next so it should be billed?

Your help is much appreciated also can you please attached any link so i can show the Dr. that it cannot be billed.
 
If the thrombolysis was continued after the angiogram, you code 37213. If the lysis was ended at that time, you code 37214.

Thank you for replying but i wanted to know after thrombolysis pulmonary angiogram was done next day morning to check so can i bill for 75743
