Please help with CPT for procedure of chest t-tube that became misplaced.

Procedure reads: t-tube sutured back in place after verbal consent. Lido 1 percent 1cc in skin after sterile prep and drape. 3-0 silk used to suture t-tube back in skin. Back attached to t-tube with good drainage from tube of saliva.
