we have a MCR pt that had multiple lesions removed.

8mm nevus to the left scapular
5mm nevus to the left neck
8mm nevus to the left occiput
6mm nevus to the left occiput
3 mm nevus to the right skull bone
4 mm nevus to the right shoulder

Please advise with coding and what modifiers we would bill to MCR.
