How would you code a left ventriculography not done as part of a heart catheterization but as part of an aortic valvuloplasty? I know the code for the valvuloplasty will be 92986, but how would I capture the ventriculography?

Could you use 93566? It's an add-on but your 92986 would be primary.
 
Being that it was not done during a cardiac cath I didn't think that would be applicable.
