Okay im new and this one just has me confused, please help!

Pocket was fashioned for for ultimate placement of ICD. Left vein was cannulated after left subclavian vein venography was done. A venous introducer was placed. Through this a 6-French pigtail catheter was inserted into the right ventricle and a right ventricular cineangiogram was performed in both the RAO and LAO views. The pigatail catheter was removed. There were no complications. At this time we went on and proceeded with the ICD implant.

The doc dictated the ICD placement on a different report, there was also a 93460 done the day before this procedure.
