Has anyone heard of a pleural blood patch where the physician takes the patients own blood and injects it into the pleural space to help seal an air leak? If so, does anyone know what cpt code you can use for this? I'm thinking either 32560 or unlisted. Thanks!

No, not 32560. What about 62273? Without the rpt I'm not 100% but it seems like a closer match than 32560.

62273 Injection, epidural, of blood or clot patch.

Is that what he is doing?

I have not heard of using blood, but I would agree with 32560. Its for instillation, and doesn't specify what agent can be instilled. good luck
