Does anyone know if you can bill for the drainage of a pleural cath in the office setting. The cath has already been placed; or is it inclusive in the office visit?

I have not seen a code for drainage of a cath...I would think that would be inclusive with the office visit, especially since there are no global days for the placement of the cath.

Someone correct me if I wrong!
