Ultrasound scan of the chest shows a mixed echogenic pleural fluid collection with thickened pleura. Under moderate sedation and with sterile ultrasound guidance, a 12 French drainage catheter (chest tube) is placed into the pleural space with trochar technique. Purulent material is aspirated, approximately 50 cc. The catheter is removed.

Which is more appropriate, 32557 or 32201?
