We want to have a sleep study clinic here in our office/I know nothing regarding sleep studies. My physician asked me "how much does MC reimburse for a CPAP machine?" I have no clue, I dont even know where to start. Do we buy our own to do the testing and bill for the testing? Not the actual machine? I need HELP:mad::confused:
 
Usually the patient will get a CPAP machine from a Durable Medical Equipment (DME)supplier. Before the patient can get a CPAP machine they will need sleep study testing which can be done in an "Office" setting - you will need to hire sleep technologists to run the test and to score these tests. I would find someone in your area who has set up a sleep clinic to see how they did it.
