Wiki PM WITH TEMP PACEMAKER

I can't remember if a temporary pacing wire can be billed at the same encounter as a pacemaker insert, can anybody refresh my memory. The patient was severely bradycardic and due to a high grade AV block, so the provider put a temp pacing wire before the pacemaker was inserted. I checked the edits and it can be modified, but I'm still not sure if it should be billed with the pacemaker.

Do not bill the temporary pacemaker with the permanent pacemaker. Now if the temp pacer was placed in the patient's room, then taken to the OR/ Cath Lab for pacemaker insertion, yes I would bill for it.
