Please help. Tricare is denying V03.82 as not medically necessary when i bill 90732. I have always used this dx and now for some reason it is being denied. Does anybody have any suggestions??

Are you coding the vaccination administration along with the vaccine? V03.82 with 90471 + 90732? If so, are you billing this along with E/M for visit on the same DOS?
