73630--Is anyone getting paid for 2 units, same visit for this x-ray code from NC Medicaid? Have tried adding RT/LT modifiers, billing 2 units, etc. NC MCD only seems to want to pay for (1) x-ray per visit.

A4580--casting supplies. Is anyone getting payment from NC MCD for casting supplies? WE are receiving payment for the actual cast but not the supplies. Have also tried Q4038 but no payment.
