Does anyone know what HCPCS code could be used for this? According to my podiatrist, it is an OTC treatment that is only dispensed through a doctor's office (?).

We have had a product in our office that our podiatrist dispense that is OTC. It is Mycocide. I don't know if this is what you are referring to or not. It does not have a HCPCS code and is not covered by insurance. The patient pays for it when they receive it.

I think this is similar if not the same. We just need something to put in our system even though it is not covered. I came up with A9150 (non prescription drugs). We won't be billing insurance for it, but it has to get into our system somehow.
