We are billing a few procedures that we are not familiar with. Procedures are a left endoscopic gastrocnemius resection; left endoscopic plantar fasciotomy; platelet rich plasma injections; TOPAZ procedure on plantar arch (Which we believe is a unlisted code); possible resection of retrocalcaneal exostosis and repair of achilles tendon.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Without seeing the notes, my best guesses would be:

Endoscopic gastrocnemius resection: 29999
Endoscopic plantar fasciotomy: 29893
Platelet rich plasma injections: I'm unfamiliar with this so I'll leave this to someone more informed
Topaz procedure to plantar arch: Topaz is a tool, so code whatever procedure was performed with it. Usually I see it on a plantar fasciotomy (28008) but since you state an endoscopic plantar fasciotomy was done, perhaps it was used for a different procedure? You'd have better luck posting this with a redacted note to the Orthopedics or Podiatry part of the forum.
