I need a code for an excision of a bone spur located on the fifth metatarsal; I was thinking about 28104, 28110 or 28122...need feedback!!!
 
Without seeing the op report, 28110 or 28122 look good. You might also consider using an unlisted code with one of the great toe bunionectomy codes as your "closest to" code. Again, this is without reading the op report myself. Hope that helps.
