if anterior talofibular ligament(lateral) and deltoid ligament(medial) are repaired would that code be 27696 , doctor advised 27695 x 2 , but MUE for cpt 27695 is 1 . any help would be appreciated , dx : atfl tear and deltoid ligament tear
