Podiatry Medicare G0246 and G0247

We are new to coding Podiatry at the Rural Health Clinic I code for. We are getting the following edit when billing Medicare with G0246 and G0247. The DDE is saying that we need to also bill an E/M with these codes. Everything we read says G0246 includes the Evaluation and Management. Interested in hearing from other Rural Health Clinics that are billing these codes.
