Incision and drainage, right foot

Excision of osteolytic bone 5th metatarsal right foot and remodeling 4th metatarsal.

Implant, Osteoset in the 5th metatarsal medullary canal area with vancomycin.

Any help with coding would be appreciated.

Excision of osteolytic bone 5th metatarsal right foot and remodeling 4th metatarsal. - I would code with amputation, metatarsal, with toe single with cpc code 28810

Implant, Osteoset in the 5th metatarsal medullary canal area with vancomycin.

Any help with coding would be appreciated.

ncision and drainage, right foot 28022- Rt. These are my thoughts. I am studying for the cpc certification exam. This is where I would start. As far as the implant, I am not sure what code I would use. I hope my thoughts help you
