Wiki Points for Data reviewed in medical decision

What's the maximum number of points we get in each heading of data reviewed? For examples, if doctor is reviewing 84153, 87086 etc, how many points we get. Do we get maximum 1 point for all lab reviewed/ordered.

Only 1 point is assigned whether 1 or 20 labs were ordered.

This applies to each category. If the physician documents review and summarization of old records AND discussion of case with another provider, they only get 2 points.
 
Thank you very much for clarification, that's what I thougt that each category would get maximum 1 points.
