If my provider reviews referral records from provider A and also reviews ER records from provider B not from the same hospital/office, would this be two unique sources (points)?

Hi, I am a new coder, so please don't take my answer as a rule. I know that if 2 providers are from 2 different specialties, then it's considered 'a unique source." You can also use Search box in this forum to find the answer; I believe I saw this topic was already discussed here.
