Wiki Policies for Medical Coders to use Scanners and Fax Machines to Send Expense Reports

Hello everyone,
I'm in the process of creating the best method for coders whom work form home, to submit expense reports from home. I have discussed some ideas to scan the receipts or internet services statements and email to their supervisors. Does anyone have any sugestions or ideas on how this would be accomplished so the WFH coders and the Unions can agree upon. Im also going to reach out to agencies and see if they can share their ideas too.

Hi there:

Any expenses that I incur related to business, I scan them and email them to my company contact for reimbursement. I keep the original receipts but also have a electronic copy from the scanned image too. This seems to be very efficient way to get the receipts to the right party within the company and for the reimbursement to quickly get back to me and also an almost positive fail safe in case the email is deleted, etc.
