I just started with a n office and noticed they didn't have a policy and procedure manual. Where can I get a customized one for our practice (mental health) or where can I find everything that needs to be in one?

If you know a compliance officer, he/she can do it. I have a guy who does these manuals for various offices. He did mine for two of my offices. What state are you in? He is a compliance officer and not very expensive.

So there is specific information required for the manual based on how big your office is and how detailed you want the manual. Are you looking for a manual for each department or a general one for the entire office? I can set you up with him so you can speak if you would like. We are in NY.
