I just started with a n office and noticed they didn't have a policy and procedure manual. Where can I get a customized one for our practice (mental health) or where can I find everything that needs to be in one?

If you know a compliance officer, he/she can do it. I have a guy who does these manuals for various offices. He did mine for two of my offices. What state are you in? He is a compliance officer and not very expensive.
