Polydactyly

Hi All - the MD performed an excision of bilateral polydactyly. I'm stumped because I was advised to use 11200, but the procedure note states an eliptical excision was made.skin and cartilage were excised. Would 26587 be more appropriate?
Any help is much appreciated :)
 
Cartilage is a stiff and inflexible connective tissue found in many areas in the bodies

I would use 11200 but that is my opinion:)
