Polyp removal by different methods

How would I code for a colonoscopy and/or an EGD if he did biopsies and polyp removals by different methods without using more than one colon or EGD code? I am brand new to this and don't know the specialty very well.

Any help is indeed appreciated!!!!!
 
You will have more than one EGD or Colon code depending on the method of removal (ie cold forceps bx versus snare). There are modifiers that can be used on subsequent line items.
