My provider likes to bill out a 43247 , Esophagogastroduenoscopy, flexible, trans oral; with removal of foreign body(s) along with his 43251 removal of tumors, polys or other lesion by snare code .
There were multiple polyps .
What are the thoughts of anyone besides me on this ?

A polyp is not a foreign body. Wouldn't a roth net be used in conjunction with a snare removal? You can only use one technique per polyp. If both polyps were removed via snare, you would only code out 43251. Please also see CPT Assistant article "EGD performed to push food bolus into stomach", December 2007.
