Im looking for an ICD 9 code for femoral popiteal segment disease?

451.11 ? or 447.8?

What about 443.9? You can't use 451.11 unless it states that the patient has phlebitis/thrombophlebitis. I think 443.9 is a little less vague than 447.8.
