Wiki Port o Cath Access

I am looking for any guidance that I can find for coding port o cath access here in the office. We are an IV infusion suite and have some patients with port o caths that have to be accessed in order to infuse their antibiotics. We also have a handful of patients who come in monthly to have their port flushed. We have been using the S5502 with modifiers TD & SU but I am beginning to have my doubts about that code plus I was just reimbursed $3 from Aetna and when I called was told that is on the fee schedule effective 7/1/09. That doesn't even cover the supplies let alone the nurse's time. Anyone with advise or experience I would very much appreciate your 2 cents.
