Wiki portable radiology company going to SNF need help

I have been billing for a portable radiology co for the past 10 years, but now we have started going to a SNF. Everything was great we were billing medicare and getting paid, but now they came back and took all our money. If I bill just the transport and setup they won't pay without a procedure code. I am stuck how and I suppose to bill this and get paid, we have done so many xrays and ultrasounds. I feel so lost Thanks you in advance
