Wiki POS AND MODIFER TELEHEALTH

We are trying to find the POS and Modifier to use for telehealth under American Plan Administrators. I'm looking in Google, but I can't find it anywhere.
Can someone please help?

I could not see this online either. I have not heard of that insurance actually. I would stick with GT and POS 02/10 for telehealth services. No mod and POS 11 for in-office. At my practice, if we don't find it online we usually try to connect with the payor. IF that proves unsuccessful, we usually run a test claim with the mods and POS codes above.

I would try modifier 95 if GT isn't accepted.

Yes, modifier 95 is an option also. 95 is usually seen more often on Medicare and Medicare advantage plans
