Hello, when billing 93010 what would be the correct POS? The place the EKG was performed or the location of the physician when it is read? I keep getting denials due to POS. Any help is appreciated.
 
The location of the physician where it is read. because 93010 is for professional services for example 23, 21, 22, 24. but can't be billed with POS 11
