We are a FQHC we always used POS 11, we know the guidelines state it should be 50, should we change. The few other FQHCs we have queried also use POS 11, and 1 said that they use 73. Wondering if anyone has more info on this topic.
Also, we are opening a Urgent Care Center, was wondering how the insurance companies will know which claims are from the primary FQHC and which are from the Urgent Care, will they base it on the POS (Urgent Care POS 20)?
