I am billing for a podiatrist and most of his patients are in some form of a retirement village, every time I bill 99341 it is being rejected by the scrubber stating "(POS) The CPT/HCPCS code is not valid for this place of service. CPT/HCPCS code - 99341" can anyone help me with this please
 
If the patient is seen through ER and has the surgery. The facility billed POS 24 what POS should surgeon bill?
