Wiki Positive PPD Neg X-Ray and Neg Quantiferon Please help!

Hi,
If a patient comes in following a positive PPD skin test with negative x-ray. Patient comes in wondering if she should start regimen to treat latent TB. During this visit a quantiferon gold test was ran which came back negative as well, therefore, the provider states that there is no need to start the regimen.

Would I just code the positive PPD test? or 795.51?

Please help! Thank you!
