Hi Everyone:
Question regarding post bariatric band adjustment after 90 days. If done under fluoroscopy by the bariatric physician is the fluoroscopy coded with the appropriately documented E/M (76000) What modifier if one is used would apply. Could not find appropriate one.

I did see the April Coding Edge Question regarding the AMA guidance but it does not address fluoroscopy.
