A c-section was performed with sterilization (59510 and 58611). On the same day, the doctor performed an exploratory laparotomy due to suspected hematoma status... large clot, torn left uterine artery, and clot in the broad ligament was found.

Can I include 49002-78? Or is this type of complication included in the 59510 global package?
