Pt comes in for Day Surgery with a cough. Pt was
Dx in December with COVID DOCTOR ASKED WHAT WAS HER SYMPTOMS ONLY HAD A COUGH. WOULD YOU CODE THIS PT WITH POST COVID icd10 CODE EVEN THOUGH THE DOCTOR DIDNT ASSOCIATE THE COUGH WITH past covid results ?
