Diagnosis Post cs with candial valvo vaginitis(112.1)

Dear All,

I need to clarify if patient encountered post cesarian delivery 4 weeks before and compliant of vaginal discharge and provider diagnosed Candidial valvo vaginitis(112.1) my query is 646.64 or 646.84 because 112.1 is not classiable in the code 646.6 kindly clarify Thanks in advance

Since the patient had a Candidial valvo vaginitis infection during her post-C section period so if we go through index i.e Pregnancy->complicated->vaginitis we get 646.6X codes, also note that if we check the 646 category it is written "Use additional code(s) to further specify complication" so in this case we can take both the codes i.e 646.64 and 112.1 to report this condition.
