When looking in the ICD-10-CM index for postinfarction angina, takes you to I23.7 Postinfarction angina. I23 requires the 4th digit and is defined as "certain current complications following ST elevation (STEMI) and non-St elevation (NSTEMI) myocardial infarction (within the 28 day period)" With that said I feel this is pretty much self explanatory, of course the documentation is needed to code appropriately.
