Wiki Post Op Co Pays

We have a practice charging copays when the patients are Post-Op , they do not have a co-pay for radiology services but the practice is still charging the patients their co-pays even when they are post-op, for the radiology services,the machine is the practices and the physician reads them, Is this correct?

Just wondering.........based on the EOBs that come back, are you doing alot of refunds?
