Hello,

Can you code a post-op injection same knee? Would that not be pain management and be covered under the Global Period?

Yes, if the documentation indicates that the injection is being done for post-surgical pain management, and is being performed by the surgeon during the global period and does not involve a return trip to the OR, then it would be considered a part of the global period.
