Can anyone assist me? If a patient comes in for a post op visit and gets a pain pump refill can 99024 be billed along with 95990 and 62368 or is it included? Thank you
 
I wouldnt bill 99024, enless your payers are different from mine, you dont get reimbursement for 99024. Would 62368 95990 need a modifier, since during post op/global period?
