Post-operative CT - Spinal Fusion

Is anyone aware of payors that reimburse for a pot-operative CT at year one and year two post spinal fusion? Patient is not having issues, so nothing to support medical necessity. I have a provider stating this is standard protocol for all payors. I disagree but have nothing to support my response.
